My favourite part of the role is meeting with founders and hiring managers to understand their growth plans and discuss their talent acquisition strategy.

I started my career working with SMEs and owner-managed businesses. It wasn’t long before I found recruitment, working as a Director in a previous agency.

Having managed teams of consultants and worked on C-suite and Director level appointments, I wanted to offer a more authentic, relationship-led, quality solution to talent acquisition.

Having founded Edge Talent, my goal is to work in partnership with businesses and become the go-to provider for their talent acquisition.
